Cruise In every Friday Night Murfreesboro

The Murfreesboro Hot Rod Club hosts a cruise in every Friday night from 5to9pm at Roses Parking lot on the corner of Middle Tn Blvd and Mercury near MTSU. We actually average 300 cars per week and is the largest in Middle Tn. We have a DJ door prizes hula hoop contest for the kids and a lot more. We also have a food vendor and others at times also. I myself sometimes set up a booth selling original magazine car ads. Come check it out

I would love to join that club and go but my job has me working at 3:30 pm Friday afternoon until 7:00 am Saturday morning. :doh: Sucks to be me.

I would absolutely love to but the prob is my work schedule. I work from 3:30 pm to 4:00am Mon-Thur and 3:30 pm to 7:00am on Fri-Sat morning.2nd shift sucks! Peterbilt is a strange place and they're very strict about attendance. I wouldn't care so much but they dangle a lot of money in your face and it would be tough to replace that gig. That's why I work at least 63 hours a week.I tried to talk Yvette( the GF and TAChick on here) into doing it but she leaves for work at 7:00 am. However, I could come by and sit in for an evening on my vacation in September if it's running then.

Dang Badjuju342, you ain't never been to the M'boro cruise-in........it's BIG! At least it was at its last location last year! 63 hours a week, hmmmm, when they start refurbing this place next March I imagine I'll be workin' similar hours for about 6 mos. or so.
