Used this on 98 Z28. I think I compared what the canned Performance tune the Hypertech had when compared to the stock tune, viewing it through HP tuners. I believe it raises the rev limiter, increases timing, and changes the PE table. I will have to double check that though. You can just manually change parameters instead of using the canned performance tune, which is cool, or you can do both.
Dyno showed results around 15RWHP gain using Napalm's old dyno. May have been dynoing it in different times of the year, though, and weather conditions, cant' remember.
