Meet the Choppers of Burbank , these guys live , breathe and sleep real honest-to-goodness hot rods. They build period correct hot rods of the 50's to early 60's when the EPA , NHSA,CARB, and other government agencies didn't exist. Just don't call their cars "rat rods". They feel like a car not built by the owner or a fiberglass reproduction simply has no soul . Are they correct? Decide for yourself but they sure build some pretty cool vintage rods.
