note, i don't think a single modification i have done to my car is even close to remotely legal over there. when i was in california last summer, i laughed to myself a bit about the emmisions my car makes. it wouldn't pass a sniffer 10 ft away. and besides all the rediculus legislation, the state is awesome

damn ricers ruin it for everybody. the cops have been givin us shit here lately cause the ricers have been cuttin up alot. the cops no longer will allow groups to hang out in parking lots cause they have to evenly enforce the rules.

I live in Illinois which is a good thing as far as cars go because you can do almost any thing without any problem (except a few counties around Chicago and St Louis have emissions). The town I grew up in Moline (don't live there any more) passed an ordinance over 10yrs ago on the main Ave where we use to cruise and hang out if you drive past the same point (on a public street) twice in 45 min you will get a ticket for unnessasary driving......WTF....I have been itchin for one of these tickets it will be a fun day in court lol

I love IL! I use to live in San Diego when my dad was stationed there. I don't remember much of it I was to little. But I did get 4 stitches when I lived in that dreaded city.
