Yeah like I told Darin, I told him that my tires would be in today and guess what they were, lol but I should be seeing some 7.4x's on motor real soon, my fastest pass today was 7.73 at 93 with a 1.79 60ft. On motor at that. Made a nitrous pass of 8.23 at 88. And yes never buy Nitto drag radials, they suck , but guys already looking at some dates for maybe darlington, commerce, or Carolina for a 1/4 mile shootout next time

Make a couple sub-par passes and reel him in for the money run. If the track is hot as hell like it was last week, he won't be running anywhere close to those .40 runs.

Malibu ran good except for the last run when I needed it to be there for me. I lined up against the JR Racing "stinkin lincoln" and the Malibooger hiccupped off the line and gave him the hole shot. We went through the traps with me at his door. Had a great time though, anytime you guys want to throw together another track night like that, I'm in.

I wish I would have rode out I went last week it a great track but I got lazy and went to a cruise inn in town that had all of 9 or 10 cars.

Well the car had no issues last year with the runs I made at Wareshoals.. all of them where motor passes leaving at 3,000 RPM just bogging it. Only doing 1st gear line lock burnouts, not ever really getting any heat into the M/T drags. Last night I went for broke (literally). The upgrades made since last year where: ECS 5 point rear Diff Brace
Pfadt Transmission Brace
QA1 type R 2 way Shocks
and few other small changes.. That combined with a Serious 2nd gear linelock burn out (put some serious Heat in the tires) Tried to slip the clutch with a 4,300 RPM squeeze.. The Z-grip Textrallia clutch just didnt slip very well and the car DEAD HOOKED!! Clunk and car moved 2 inches. Thats racing and I knew it was gonna happen, just hoped to get few runs on the gas before it let go.. O well.. Rebuild and Revenge; thats the NEMESIS Way.

gary there is a guy named todd berry post on the yellow bullet a lot has a black nitrous injected vette he runs orsca, whatever class vegence sponsors. he has to run stock suspension(irs) and is running 5.50s bet he may be able to give you some insite on how to beef that thing up.

i was proud of the nemessisy! i rolled by everytime i made a pass and saw it on the trailer.... i thought you never unloaded it until big matt said you broke. imo, the best way to go about tuning a manual car is to set it up to spin and then slowly work towards hooking it up. dead hooking is lose with a manual. bias plys are the way to go also.

Gary, considering it seems like it wasn't too long ago you said you wouldn't take it to the track because you knew you'd break. And here you have taken it to the track knowing you'd break it. That's a major shift.

I'm kinda proud, and I have absolutely no idea why I'm saying that. I would have really like to have seen you get a solid pass before it broke, but I'm sure that you'll get it back together in short order and it will be stronger than it needs to be.

We talked to the guy when the came to atlanta dragway. He told us he had the ZR1 diff in it with a powerglide transmission i do believe

and pillz if u really think thats what its capable thats on u, i showed kyle 3 slips from shady side in the middle of may(last time i went) and they were all 8.30s-8.33s@86.xx with 1.99 sixtys ON STREET TIRES
