Helping a buddy with his build, not giving any info or specs on the motor yet that will be up to him. nut on my part im putting the engine in, hiding wires, painting engine bay, tubular k-member and a-arms, and a few more things. should be a nasty ride when its done. heres a few pics of the project begining, i will post pics of updats as this moves along.

There stock thats been sent to Harland sharp and the stock needle bearings been removed and put a full roller on them. There made for them

^^^i agree with thomas i think we have done this a few times kyle lol, thomas used to work at a body shop. as for as the hood he got the sonoco hood. and the k-member was special orderd by someone powder coated orange, then they didnt take it so it was bought at a discount price. doesnt matter with this car its a little more go than show and you really cant see the k-member once its installed

Haha I'm not paint expert, but I do know a little about restoring paint and cleanin it up. Overspray will find it's way anywhere there is an opening in the tape you know that lol. Just tryin to save myself some work!

painting the underhood black makes touchups easier, but then again, you will HAVE to do touchups since the paint has no hardener in it, and you will notice the scratches much easier with the silver/pewter shining through.

yes its a turbo 350 trans. the front brackets and supports will be painted at a later time when it comes apart to get the tubular bumper support. the focus is now on gettin motor in and getting it up and running

most run without bumper supports, and the nose will sag some but with this tubular piece it supports the plastic and keeps it from sagging.
and it weights nearly nothing so you get all the benifits plus the better look and at high speeds the nose will sag even more and this will help keep from tearing up the plastic.

It needs support now. The tabs that hold it to the front drivers side quarter were broken when I got it so it sagged a little then. Now with the intercooler up front and the bumper support removed, its even worse.

That's the setup I have right now. Yes edelbrock heads. .30 pistons. Stock rods crank. Summit stg 2 intake. Holley carb. F303 cam.
