suspension set up????

i got my new qa1s today and hopefully picking up my drag bar tonight. so my ? is how do i need to set up the fronts on this thing. i got the single adj typre r's with 275# springs. do i need to just set ride height with with the spring adj or ???????. im clueless on this stuff. also im looking for a set of v6 springs if anyone has a set.

Lkq in white horse rd has v6 springs, if I'm not mistaken $30

you do not need V6 springs with your set up you are going with. actually V6 springs do not belong on any car that wants to go fast on the track.

front 275 springs.

your set up is going to f'in roll out!!!

Just be sure you got the rear centered Left to right and Front to rear.

Sounds like your going to have a nice setup when finished!What else is doe to your suspension? Ya like shon said stick with the stock rear springs.

i have the same thing on my front josh. and i set up my own. Do u have the tools to do it? And yes u need to adjust the spring locking nuts atleast 3 to 4 inches before even putting them on the car. measure from the bottom of the spring nut(not the locking nut) to the bottom of the threads and start from there.. it will save u lots of headache.

i dont have any spanner wrenches to run them up but im goin to attemp to install here shortly

o no i kept searching and fond these on yellow bullet..never made a pass per the previous owner were on a roller he was building then he decided to go a diff route picked these up for a very SWEET price!!!!!

i for one love the qa1 with there chrome look. i got the front r series and the rear coil over conversion which does away with the rear springs all together with.

Chrome? If I ordered chrome wheels and they came loking like that I would be pissed. I think "brushed" is the term you are looking for Kenton.

I like my qa1s also. They ride ok not as good as what koni rides like but for the price it gets the job dont.

yes chrome kyle. All of mine shine as if there some type of chrome coating on them

i could give a shit less what they look like i just hope it helps the car preform...also kent if you got a spanner for these can i borrow it to adjust the height.

I do care what they look like myself im goin for looks and speed. and yes im gona be outa town till tommorow but u can borrow them. i will need them back in bout a week though cause i gota set up my rear end this week..... o wait i may have two sets. i will check sunday if thats to late sorry.
