Finding a warm state with no emissions and no "big" natural hazards is not an easy thing

I went swimming today.....
and had the AC running full blast in the truck on Friday...
I think we skipped winter this year, and just went from fall to spring...

I'm way up in Northern California, almost to the Oregon border so we don't have too many earthquakes here and when we do they are usaully either really small or a long ways off shore. I guess we do have to worry about the threat of tsunamis. We also get lots of rain and some winter storms with about 50mph winds in the winter.

You need to move down here where Mike & I live. I get to drive my gals year round. Might get one or two days of snow, but that's what the Avalanche is for! Oh, and no earthquakes, hurricanes, or tornadoes here in the Valley part of TN.

Not quite swimming weather yet, but I'm opening my pool over Spring break in 12 more days. This week it's going to be pretty nice with temps in the 70's...
