Vote on the day. Im not sure how trick or treating goes with kids so i thought id put friday night up for a vote. I also would like a head count so dont post up if your coming if your not or at least let me know. im extending the invitation out to everyone in the LMM club and usfb members. Dont be shy this is a good chance to meet some more club member and car guys. Feel free to bring the wives or girlfriends or babies mammas. no children please. Most important, no burnouts, reving of the engines or extensive idling with open exhaust. I just ask that you be respectful and we can have more events like this one.

1. MUST WEAR A COSTUME- no exceptions,

2. Come to the house quietly

3. dont have to be in LMM to come

whatever we decide on.....i say everyone pay $5 at the door. half of the money can go to whoever has the coolest costume(s), and the other half can go back to chris to help with the expenses of hosting the party. what yall think?

if 20 people show up, thats $50 to help chris with the party stuff/food, etc, and $50 to the winner. ir everyone could just sign up to bring something like we did last time. just some suggestions.

Some people have young kids and dont live at home with mommy and daddy so we have to watch our children after we do the trick-or-treat thing. I dont feel right pawning my kid off at my parents all the time but that is just me.

Really dont need big time down payments nowadays for first time buyers. Isnt like its gonna be your last house so why dump a ton of money in it to save you very little monthly for your first house enless your planning on putting 10-15% down. Better to put some of it in a savings or a seperate account with how this economy and jobs are.

You dont really need any money down, just good credit. I paid around 66% of the assessed / appraised value of my house and it is only 7 years old. Took a LONG time to find such a good deal though. You would be surprised at some of the crap for sale for <$150,000.

Ya right now its a buyers market just not a sellers. When i was looking at houses when i was selling mine a little while ago i was really surprised how some people maintained there house it was pretty sad.

i wouldnt buy a home without putting atLEAST 20% down, blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah payment are such a waste. a 150k home with 20% down is $30k, youll pay $60k back to borrow that $30k. imo its worth saving for. also getting a home with a 15 year mortgages saves a ton.

I see what your saying chris but if its your first house and your young it prob wont be your last house. really if your planning on staying there for 4 or 5 years and your just using it as a starter house your basically not gonna gain to much from putting down so much.For someone who is not used to a house payment and paying alot of bills that come along with it . I think its best to have some safty in a savings . If its a long term house like you just bought using equity off your old house then thats the way to go IMO.

My wife wants to take the baby around to our parents/grandparents house's that night in her costume. Afterward I might be able to come hang out for a while. I might have to pull out a different costume from a few years ago because the one I am going with this year, will probably be difficult to drive in.
