I have a 1985 Mustang GT at the shop. It has a stock replacement Holley 600 carb. When you first take off it has bad off idle hesitation. The plugs are good, the timing is good, float level on carb is good. I dont know much about carbs but read this is a common issue with Holleys and can be fixed with accelerator pump adjustment and idle mixture screw adjustment. Who would be a good person to take this to?

that usally is a lean issue . you can put a larger squirter in the primary side and tighten the acc pump spring so it will hit harder.
