i dont think so, they just give people a code toput into the hotel website when you pay for your room. they may change that this year tho, who knows.

The website says the Hotel reservation feature is not available yet....I guess there still negotiating the rates and the estimated number of rooms to reserve.

im gonna go out on a limb and say no. all you have to do is enter a code into the website, they dont check anything else, at least they didnt last year. there are many people involved i the show that deserve the rate, but they dont have a car to show.

I guess I'm ready.......spent 2.5 hrs cleaning underneath it. It's at the Summit Racing Store south of Atlanta riding around on the turn table.

Picking up on the 22nd and driving over to G13.....can't wait.

we are leaving next friday morning prob around 7 or 8. staying at the marriotte hotel that the show is being held it, ya dont wanna stay anywhere else or ya wont have fun. the hotel is on windy hill rd in marrietta, you can see it right along the interstate.

can get a room wherever you want man according to availability. As long as you can make sense of that location to them over phone they look that ish up like the people at bilo center

I am in the process of doin a 3 stage wax on my car and finishing detailing hopefully tomorrow. I think the grill is a great idea kale and a good way to save money. Me and Kent are meeting up with grandfather time and getting breakfast then on the road, I dont know the time yet you will have to speak with the old man about that.

3 stage wax? must be doing the meguires 3 step thing lol. it was fun riding down with the zeus guys i think....and they are only bringing 5 cars this year. if they were bringing 15 again i wouldnt wanna do it, the more people the more complicaed it gets. someone can call em if they want to tho but we were just gonna try to keep it to us 5-6 driving down. and make SURE you have a full tank when we leave and that tank will get you to atl. that really pissed everyone off last year when will decided to stop and get gas at the busiest exit and everyone followed.

i also just read on the gathering forum that, due to the drought in GA, the hotel wil not alllow people to use their water hoses to wash. so, bring plenty of detailer or be prepared to go find a carwash.
