GM will kill off Hummer , Saturn , and Saab. Pontiac will be reduced to a "niche" brand with only 4 models remaining BUT the High Performance Operations division has also been disbanded. What does this mean? The very real possibility that there might not be any performance vehicles other than the Camaro and Corvette in GM's future offerings like the Cobalt SS , V8 Colorado , etc. 'Tis a sad day indeed for the once mighty GM.

only thing that bothers me is pontiac and the fact that fewer performance vehicles will be around. Good riddance to hummer and saab. Saturn was ok... but nothing special.

SHOOOOOOOOT THE MESSENGER!!!! +1 psssh Hummer,Saab, and saturn for that matter. Only pontiac cared for was T/A. G8 was ok but replaceable to say least. Does suck for ALOT of people job wise though

10,000 jobs slashed by GM will probably turn into 50,000 from the trickle down effect.
