What makes a person a "real CHO member"?

There is no manipulation of the numbers, it made 500 to the wheels without a belt, which is possible to do when you have an EWP, not to mention the graph shows runs with the belt on. Russ even has the graphs for his car showing all the mods and changes. Sorry that is hard for people to believe.

I am sorry many people on here do not want to be helped by a supporting vendor that does this for fun, I have very little overhead therefore my profit margin does not have to be much, IF ANY THING. I do not make anything on in state sales due to sales tax at 7%. I do this to help people and as I have posted, if any one wants something let me know, most of the stuff will be at cost.
I am sorry the board thinks I am inflating numbers to sale products, truth is I have not sold any AI packages from this board, and have not even tried to sale any in other places except maybe FGM but I have only sold one H/C set up over there. BUT that doesnt matter to me, this is all fun for me.

If the CHO board feels that I need to leave I can do that.

well if you built it then you either put a ring in upsidedown or left the fucker out... this has been discussed with numerous engine builders and other locals who build engines...

it was a PCV issue... shoulda just put breathers on the valve cover and disconnected the PCV system since the oil vapors drop the effective octane rating of your fuel anyways...

I did put breathers on both valve covers, and the new PCV valve, and the catchcan, it didn't appear to help.

if you dont give it a path it cant follow a path... all you did was add some speedbumps, had you just capped off the damn hose you probably would have seen it mostly stop...

i am glad we have our 15 year old mustang owner on here who knows apparently nothing about fbodys telling us what the problem was. i ahve built two others before this with patriot heads and they run perfect. i kow what i am doin bud but thanks for your useless input. go google how to make a ustang fast and come back in ten years when you accomplish that

i believe that the bottom end was fucked and blowby was pushing oil into the intake... thru the pcv system that should have been disconnected to see if that was the issue.

if there was oil on the backsides of the valves i would imagine you had the wrong valve stem seals on it or none at all. prc heads probably had the white nylon seals on there, which would also be available in the wrong size -for a sbc. so the seals wouldnt be sealing against the valve at all. (LS1 valve stems are a good bit smaller diameter.)

I've personally had direct experience with Shon and Hawk's and they're both good places to deal with.

I have sorta skimmed over the posts of the last couple of days because I've been really sick and I'm trying to catch up, but if Shon or ANY OTHER sponsor has been mistreated, it should be stopped IMMEDIATELY.

As for the way a certain mod was acting, that's been handled I think. No mod should act that way. No mod will act that way. Moderators should try to be a voice of reason if at all possible.

I have sorta skimmed over the posts of the last couple of days because I've been really sick and I'm trying to catch up, but if Shon or ANY OTHER sponsor has been mistreated, it should be stopped IMMEDIATELY.

the GTOs make what they make with what they have and it is not uncommon to run without belts or short belts, we are not the only ones that do it but the belt is worth about 10 and removing the intake tract and going to SD is wrth around 15, just the way it is.

I respect Hawk and VRD, they have started out small and worked their way into a force. Maybe one day HP can do the same. Until then we will just plug along and see what happens.

I feel like the only reason your product was questioned was because the gains were so high and not the norm for just a head swap. Then we later found out that some belts were pulled for the dyno pull but weren't mentioned during the Original Post. Leading everyone to believe that these were miracle heads that were absolutly amazing.

Now when you post larger than normal numbers for a performance mod, it will probably get questioned because the prior events.

I remember when Ron made a thread on LS1tech back in April about the ported fast 92/92 combo making over 30rwhp on a bolt'on C5Z. But in the original post he stated clearly "THESE GAINS ARE NOT TYPICAL".

My first post showed the 503 rwhp pull only and I did not make any claims of how much rwhp the heads gained me with that graph. When people questioned more about it, I followed it up with this graph which CLEARLY shows the pertinent data of before and after the AI heads. Since you seem to be mathematically challenged, if you take the 487 it made after the AI heads with belts less the 435 it made before the heads with belts, you get a 52 hp gain!

Furthermore, as for the 503 rwhp number without belts, why are you whining about that so much? If you have an electric water pump, you can run with no belts at the track. People have been doing that for years. Nothing wrong with posting a graph of the numbers representative of the way the car is in "track mode".

Here is a graph of the best pull with the stock heads vs back to back to back to back pulls with the AI heads. You guys need to take your own advice and stop worrying bout other people's cars and stop the guessing. Big gains appear to be typical , his old AI LT1 Head/Cam package picked up 120hp at the tires... My guess would be that HP and AI stop the guess work and get it done.


The car made 390 rwhp on another dyno, so 30 rwhp/30rwtq with a STOCK CAM is quite impressive.

and just to add another little note, the 360hp pull was done way back in cold January, and the pulls with the heads were done in blistering hot ass August... just a note...

Thanks Ryan! It's easy to see what the heads gained at the track too. The car is running 7 mph faster than the best it did before the heads! This was in similar conditions as well.

I'm sorry I dont feel badly for someone that loses their car do to their own mistakes, that being several big mistakes in this case.

1. Trying to squeeze by a truck thats coming over by nailing the gas
2. Nailing the gas in the rain in a high powered car

ah i bought a new toy (mossburg 930 12 gauge) it set me back quite a bit and my wife got pissed. it was fun though, its an auto loading shot gun. we went to the range and blew the targets into 1000 pieces. anyone ever shoot a semi auto shot gun? it is sweeeeeeet.

yeah this one has the breaching barrel and its 18.5inches long. the 930 is a newer guy they say so not too many accessories for it yet. id like to get the adjustable stock and a side saddle.

i got to play with one of these guns yesterday. i dont know jack about guns, but this one is a smith and wesson and its called a "lemon squeezer." its been in the family since the 1920s and is still mint! pretty cool little guns. my grandma gave it to my dad for christmas
