Well since its tagged and insured now, anyone care to race the 99 SS???

Its only got a damn catback and lid, so no cammed/nitrous cars.

I just want to know where it ranks and I know it will be low but what the hell.

Car runs 8.20 at SS according to more than just the seller of the car.

Anyone know of any near stock F-bods that would like to kick it off for a friendly run??? Dig's are out of the question until I get a little more seat time with the car. After that, its going to the strip on DR's to see what it will really do.

i think for now im going to keep it goin through the flowmaster, since i keep the cutout open most of the time, unless some true duels bullets are in my price range... I'll be hittin ur dad or wade up this week to fab me up a y pipe tho.

I have nearly new O2s, the 'z06' ones that are super long, $50 shipped, that is cheaper that the extensions. they have about 200 street miles and 30 passes on them. I removed b/c I do not need them.

If you want a tune I can throw a street tune and delete the codes in it for $150.

Fine by me. I plan to run it a few times on street tires for the hell of it at the track when it opens back up. Its been a long time since I've launched a manual transmission car, but I think by the end of the day I'll be back in shape.
