Pretty much the title says it all.....I'm a big fan of 50's 4-doors, and 37-39 Fords......Just something about them that I really like, but I can't quite put my finger on it...

I had a 36 nash lafayette 3 window I was workin on for a few years... got it on the road but with not enough room for the kids I sold it before I got it finished. I know it is gonna pop back up one of these days and I am really gonna kick myself in the ass lol.

i want a glass speedster with a wipple'd ls2. i have always liked the late 30s early 40s cars period, but the speedster style is just so mean. i also want a led sled, can't beat a tank with a chopped top, channeled body, smoothed lines, and spittin fire

i have always wanted a satin or flat black 30's coupe with black wheels, limo tint and and wicked rake in the suspension. no crome at all!
I think it would look down right scary prowling the roads.

Well thats hard to pin down...... I sold that back in 99 for 11k it had the frame boxed a 9" 327/PG and a widened mustang II and was drivable. The body was all original except paint it also had no interior. With body work paint and interior needed it was gonna be another 15-20k easy

Will that fit? I know the small block ford is a tight fit and it is fairly narrow for a V8. There is a guy here in town with several alpines and tigers and an alpine was the first car I ever worked on or drove.

Hmm sounds interesting. Maybe i should find me an alpine for a project. I would hate to destroy a tiger to do it and I would rather have an earlier big fin car.

I've always been a fan of late 40's cars and trucks for some reason. Like a '49 Merc lead sled that's chopped, channeled, and slammed. I also like the 1948-50 Ford F-1 trucks and the Chevy trucks from that era as well. Then there's this itch I have to build a rat rod for some reason. They're just cool, and besides; I've always liked flat black paint, lol.
