dont be in any hurry it sucks. actully i started at 11am on sunday no eating or nothing till 10pm at night woke up today started working again 11am got it done at 1:30pm not finished yet cause i had to started work at 3pm so im dead tired right now at work. well i got everything done exept i was in a hurry and the passanger side y got loose so passanger side is open header right now..so i need to get up early tomorrow and finish that up...it really sucks doing this job by urself. but good luck and id have to recomend these LPP stainless steel headers and y for 500.00

was that done on ramps? likely going to be easier for me if thats the case, i have access to a set of lifts, and that will likely shorten the job. *crosses fingers*

lol at least its getting done. it'll be worth it.

Welcome to the boards. Headers on an LT1 can be difficult unless you've done it more than once, you pick up tricks each time you do them.

Headers can be a pita if its your first time, but like some of the others mentioned, once you've done it, the next time its a breeze.

i wish i would've had a lil extra money lying arround to have someone do this job for me. but like a lot of people im broke and have to do the job myself. man ya got me craving some good breakfast and lunch now. lol well for the update i got everything finally completed and all i need is to put some new o2 sensors on and moving the steering over a bit and ill be done thanks for the warm welcome everyone and if ya from sparta i look foward to hanging out and showing these bad boys out
