346 Forged engine available [Archive]

A couple of months ago we swapped out this motor for a 408 engine in a customer's 1999 SS Camaro. The engine has less than 10,000 miles on it and is a good strong running engine.

Our customer has it listed for sale on LS1Tech, but it hasn't sold yet. It might be because of ARE's rep., but this particular engine was built right and in great shape. 1300 isn't too bad for a used shortblock w/forged pistons.

the going rate right now is about twice that for a brand new 347 w/forged rods/pistons. albeit those DO have forged rods.

if i hadn't have bought a 347 from TSP about two months ago i might have looked into this ;)

You defiantly can't go wrong with a TSP engine. It was a TSP 408 that we put into this car.
