Got the spray hooked up and it works great, feels real strong, but it does sometimes miss alittle in the higher rpms, not bad but just alittle bit? any ideas?

What kind of plugs are you running? Throwing any codes? Premium Amoco gas or equivalent would be best to run in it.

You also need to know how much timing you are running. If its too high, you might want to mix some racing fuel when you plan on spraying to avoid detonation.

It could be many of things Timing off some (what shot is it), bottle pressure isnt high enough to keep through the whole shot, wrong gap and wrong plugs. get you a bottle heater some tr-6 plugs and then try it again.

Gap the tr6's to 36 get bottle pressure to 950 check the timing, probably want to have it at about 25-26 and shot the balls off of that thing. Make sure you check the plugs periodically!!!

lt1s run way more timing than ls1s do so mid 20s on the timing wont work. do you have a bottle heater? id be happy to take to look at it and log it for some runs if you want. just hit me up when you free, the laptop never lies.:wrenchbanana:

Yeah i wasn't thinking but what i meant to say was pull 2-3 degrees timing, depending on the amount of shot. It is pull 2 degrees every 100 isnt it???

its a 100 wheel shot, and the bottle pressure was 950ish i have tr55s gapped to 35, and also like i said its a 100 wheelshot with 125 wheelshot fuel for saftey....

but no bottle heater just a torch, and chris it will have to wait im broke as a convict right now, but ill let u know...because im scared that it may blow up or something, also its not as fast as it should be since its cutting back, but its not a really bad cut back either i say the car is running 95% OK

also do you have a gauge on it? that a must have, honestly i dont want to see you break something, if you bring it over consider it on the house. I ll just double check all your stuff. a torch wont work for heating, also running rich doesnt save engines. it can also break things and wash out rings. id put the correct jets in it for the 100 shot, if you dont have them i have a bunch of jets still and your welcomed to take the ones you need.
fyi
100 shot 12.7 a/r-- 51 nitrous / 31 fuel
125 shot 12.7 a/r-- 55 nitrous / 35 fuel
going from a 31 fuel to a 32 fuel will drop you a/r from 12.7 to 11.7, i know i did it experimenting, and i have a wide band in my camaro. so if you figure it out a 35 is 4 steps too fat. your a/r is in the high 8s, plus your bottle pressure may be dropping. that will cause a problem IF you have strong fuel pressure. hope this helps.

ad also close the gap a little more, tr6s are usually a good start for 100-150 shots. heck i ran tr8s in my camaro with a 150 shot to the tune of just shy of 600 rwhp.

yes the pressure was up but was not consistent through the entire bottle. the gauge read 900, it gets complicated.

Ed sounds like that was a missing link to your current combo on the formula!!!! But sounds like it is running real good man but make sure you stay on top on things and check stuff periodically. Everyone loves fast cars but ones that are freaks of nature with a lot of miles on them and still running strong then thats a whole different story!!! Good runs i hear though!!!
