How do you blow off steam?

I strangly find myself cleaning when I'm angry, Which is nice cuz by the time I've cooled down the crib is spotless...When I'm really ticked off though :flaming mad: I tend to either drive around, yell, and hit things...:drunk:

Hummmm, I can do some crazy things when I am REALLY mad. Just really not good idea to be behind the wheel of a 400+ RWHP car when it happens. :shock: Good I was alone on a big 5 line hwy, those that saw it said it was one heck of a burn out. lol

Only one major occurance comes to my mind when I think about furious anger in the past. When I was 5 years old I tossed a toy tractor at my younger brother and gave him 4 stiches in his left eyebrow.

lol i threw a rock at my sister once when she really pissed me off when i was younger, but thats the only time ive ever dont something that bad. otherwise the other occurence was drinking myself under the table within about 15 minutes of arriving at a party, john knows whats up on that one :drunk: :drinking: :alcohol: :beer:

When im really angy I break things. My favorite way to break them is to throw em or just punch them. my old beater truck as many dents on the front quarter panel from me being so frusturated trying to get that damn thing to run

If I am at work and I am angry, I usually throw my tools or whatever part happens to be pissing me off.

If I'm at home, I usually go for a run.

What really kills stress the most for me though is drag racing. Seriously. It's more than a hobby, it is serious relief. For the past couple months the track has been closed, and I am just kind of anxious and get irritated fast. I know after I get back to the track and rip through the gears a few times, I'll feel a LOT better. I am a much more relaxed person from March - November.

MY remidy is beating the living hell out of my car ( MY SUNFIRE) or when I worked at the shitty factory doing big long smokey brakestands after work It seems like I was pissed off every day so after work, drive home pick a corner and let'em smoke Old chevy truck I had would do suprising good ones for a crappy 305 in it. It even smoked the 33's that were on it I still have a horrible temper though (trying to control it)

spirited driving usually does it for me. i also have friends that just being around them relaxes me. if that doesn't do it by the weekend, its nothin a few shots can't take care of

I see this thread is coming along nicely, About the paintball thing, when I was in college my roommate just thought it was hilarious to shoot the crap out of whatever car parked in his spot on a daily basis. I would have been pissed If I was the owner of one of those vehicles...

It dosent do THAT much to a car (dont ask me how I know). But that doesnt mean that its right or resposible... I used to get really pissed when I would hear about people doing stupid shit with paintball guns because it gave me a bad rep as a paintball player. *end rant*
