View Full Version : Ever saw any of these wicked rides at the track?

All of these have built Mazda rotary 1.3 liter engines in them. Running low 7's dipping into the 6's in the 1/4. Most periferal port 13b with turbo fuel injection and nitrous. That aint bad for a 1.3 Wankel rotary!

Red one and black one looks like an RX3. Yes, they can be made to be very fast just like all 13b motors.

I haven't seen any of the ones you posted but when I used to frequent englishtown you would see them all the time. mainly because they are a piece of shit and run like ass and blow up almost every pass now there are some guys that do know what they're doing but 98% dont have a clue why its backfiring and popping and banging. I remember the 1st shakedown at etown when a bunch of them showed up and oiled the track down at least 10 times.they were told to never come back.

I saw one in Commerce one night at a test and tune. It was the craziest sound I'd ever heard from a car. Fun to watch though.

The noise those cars make(along with many open exhaust 4 bangers) is annoying as hell at the track. Impressive numbers just not for everyone thats for sure.
