We already have one in place. It's just 'hidden' sorta.

I wanted to get all our add-ins and options set and configured before unleasing it and turning it up.

Uhm...what's a portal CMS?

A portal, is basically a start page for a site. A jumping point to the other areas of the site. They typically are different than the standard 'home' page.

CMS stands for Content Management System. Typically, you use a CMS to have control over pages and content. You can add blocks, edit blocks and remove them, createt new pages, and such without actually creating files. Normally the content on the pages is in the back-end database.

We have the el cheapo version over there SK, I had been in a hurry and just did some quick java scripts for that pop down menu.

Renamed everything and got the Portal loading at http://www.clubhioctane.com now.
