well I have been offered a job with par racing on the weekends goin to all the points races and helping kinda as a pit crew member i guess you could say we will be running a barreta with a 732 big block with dual stage nitrous i really think we will do good this year we only got a few races in last year and that was with the old setup. keep your eyes on the tv some of the big races will be televised. anyway due to me being gone every weekend doin this I wont be able plan alot of meets so mrdavid will be my partner as president of the upstate fbody club and he will now be a moderator on here also so all hail mrdavid and I as partners lol. anyway im gonna still try to make it out as much as possible I just couldnt pass up this opportunity

haha thanks guys were all friends so the fbody club will survive and I will still try to come to as many as possible and as for as back up driver I dont think I could handle it lol the last setup with a 632 and 1 stage went a 4.56 at greer on a small shot and lettin out so I cant wait to see what the new setup will do plus it will be 1/4 mile only so I think it will be cool oh yea nad no matter what I will def be at G11 this year
MrDavid

DANG!! 4.56!!! Thats nearing 7 flat in the 1/4! If the car is geared for the 1/4 mile anyway.

uh of...fightin words!
MrDavid
02-21-2007, 11:49 AM
no no, not fighting words. I remember BJ saying a while back that when he gets it put back together, he is gonna be faster than me. Which at the track, he might beat my time because of the auto trans. Its time for BJ to get back in the top 10!

"pecking order" anyone up to challenge, the gap between 1 & 2 is getting larger by the day.:alcohol:

I feel as if the top ten is not official anyways. We should all go to the track and then officially rank all the cars. Kickin them off on the interstate @ 60 ain't racin, thats for rice. Invest in some slicks and bring it to the track, cause spinnin ain't winnin.

thats what im sayin and its not as dangerous
WhiteIrocZ
02-22-2007, 07:41 PM
It probably will be dangerous for those cars running nitrous with street tires (Dave, Chris,...). Hold on and don't hit the wall!!
MrDavid
02-22-2007, 09:43 PM
It would also be dangerous for me if I had slicks on because then I would be going down the last 100ft of the track with a broken rear end.

not if u ease out of the hole ur gear and nitous will make up for the lag durrrrr
WhiteIrocZ
02-23-2007, 10:47 AM
Yeah just ease out....don't rev to 6k and dump it unless you want to clean your rearend up off the track.
BTW..someone will need to bring a trailer/rollback that day just in case.
MrDavid
02-23-2007, 11:26 AM
You guys just don't know. I don't have a progressive controller yet, so when the juice hits.... It REALLY HITS!! When your rear end breaks loose from a 75 roll in 4th, its pretty scary.
