update: will's t/a went 8.64 @ 84 or 85 i cant remember the mph.

jay ran a 9.1 @ 79 mph

and my car went 8.62 @ 84

Any of you upstate SC guys that run at Shadyside ever heard of wild willy or William Mulliken, He races there alot in a roadster with 502 big block. He runs mid to low 5's. He was at Greer Saturday for their last race he said. I used to race there and ware sholes for many years until I moved to Atlanta. Ive hit Atlanta Dragway a couple of times but damn are they strict. NHRA instead of IHRA.

for one thing when jays car runs its 9.1s the mph are between 83-86 not 79 and i didnt run mine because it has to be my dd for the next week or so because on no tranny in the truck so cant take chances on it and I have bad luck at the track lol

hey :wavefibger: 3rd was going out way before i started driving it....and personaly i think the car will still run a little better because i bogged it off the line pretty bad but who knows..... and trav the lil lt1 will be back out one day and it will be me and you at the track runnin em and without any driver mod and we will see who is faster haha j/k i felt privileged to be able to drive a car that fast this weekend

funny how jon will be gone for a couple of days and then pop up just to make a comment about Jay and his car. I also prefer the track with double yellow lines. But street racing is bad and you guys shouldn't do it anymore.

yea david thats why when we were comin back from g-ville i really didnt try to race its really dangerous to us and others its still fun but u got to be careful were to race b/c cops and civilians theres alot of good back roads that are straight there a road near the bmw race track in g-ville but i dont remember how to get there though

I really wish we did have a good back road that was wide enough and rarely traveled so if we were gonna act crazy we would only be endangering our own lives. That stuff we pulled in G-ville that night was freaking crazy and I will never do that again. We could have got into a lot of trouble that night. If someone finds a good local road we can be crazy on let somebody know!

Street racing is alright as long as its not done on freakin 85 you genuises. You guys were asking for it that night. Get out on some back roads there are several up here around the house that are great for side by side from a dig or roll.
